Here we use the term "You" to refer to the direct user or viewer of the website. By using the services provided by this website, you agree to all our terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • Jim Corbett National Park accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal and Direct Deposit as forms of payment.
  • Kindly make payment only in company accounts.
  • Travelers can pay 50% advance to hold the booking on a confirmed basis & rest 50% amount will be settled on arrival/starting the tour.
  • Travelers can pay 100% amount to confirm the booking and enjoy more discount benefits.
  • Travelers agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges and fees, as applicable.

Accommodation Guidelines

  • In all hotels base category room will be provided. Upgradation of room will cost extra and must be paid directly to the hotel.
  • Check-in time: 12:00 noon and check-out time: 11:00 AM.
  • In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
  • In case of non-availability of rooms in mentioned hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided.

Important Booking Information

  • Customers have to wait minimum 24 hours for booking confirmation and vouchers. Booking vouchers will be sent via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.
  • Please enter correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Incorrect age may incur penalties.
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc. will be informed by mail or phone before the travel date and must be paid by the guest.
  • We do not guarantee any safari zone or area. Zones are subject to availability and may change anytime. Customers cannot claim any specific area or zone.
  • The company will not be responsible for any accident, loss/theft, or damage of luggage.
  • If the customer does not make the balance payment or any dues, the advance payment will be forfeited and all services will be stopped.
  • We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as operational or other circumstances require.
  • Rates are not valid for long weekends or festivals like New Year and Christmas.

Cancellation Policy

In case you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to unavoidable reasons, you must inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written mail.

  • 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour cost.
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival – 30% of the tour cost (excluding Gypsy, Canter, Elephant Safari Cost).
  • 07 to 14 days prior to arrival – 40% of the tour cost (excluding Gypsy, Canter, Elephant Safari Cost).
  • 02 to 06 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost (excluding Gypsy, Canter, Elephant Safari Cost).
  • Less than 48 hours or no show – No refund.
  • Gypsy, Canter, Elephant Safari amount are non-refundable.
  • Dhikala/Bijrani/Jhirna/Dhela Lodge: Forest Lodge bookings are non-refundable.
  • In case your safari is not booked due to technical error or non-availability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your given bank account and inform you accordingly.

Peak Season & Other Conditions

During peak season (weekends or weekdays like Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) separate cancellation policies may apply, which will be advised as required.

After finalizing the tour/service cost, any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel costs or guide charges decided by the Government of India will be charged as extra.

Force Majeure events such as strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure or entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. are beyond our control. While we will do our best to make alternate arrangements, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from such events.

In case of dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the courts in New Delhi.
